Your mission 

Actively seek out new customers and market opportunities, become an expert in Malcom's products, and negotiate potential partnerships with our clients. 

 

What will you do? 

  • Identifying market opportunities and potential customers, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses in the Slovak market. 

  • Actively reaching out to potential clients and negotiating partnership terms. 

  • Developing and implementing a communication strategy. 

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote our services, including leveraging social media and performance tools.

  • Conducting market research on competitors and customer needs. 

  • Planning sales activities to meet agreed-upon goals. 

  • Overseeing the onboarding of new customers and ensuring they benefit from our full range of services. 

  • Sharing client feedback with the Malcom team to drive continuous improvement based on market trends.

What do we expect from you? 

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or finance. 

  • Knowledge of logistics/transportation is a plus. 

  • Ability to build relationships that feel more like partnerships than transactions. 

  • Strong networking skills to build meaningful connections internally and externally. 

  • A problem-solving mindset—you always find a way to get things done. 

  • Results-driven and goal-oriented attitude. 

  • Openness to new technologies and innovations. 

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office. 

  • Experience working with CRM systems. 

  • Czech or Slovak at a C2 level. 

  • English at a B2 level.
