As our company is growing, we are looking for Business Development Specialist 

 

What will you do? 

  • Negotiating and acquiring new clients. 

  • Maintaining high-quality relationships with clients. 

  • Providing expert support in the area of offered services. 

  • Conducting market and competitor analysis. 

  • Achieving set goals, monitoring your own sales process, and reporting results.

Job requirements

Job requirements 

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales. 

  • Backgorund in the logistics or financial industry. 

Knowledge: 

  • Knowledge of sales techniques. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office. 

  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level. 

  • Ability to manage the sales funnel in CRM and report results. 

Skills: 

  • You take initiative. 

  • You have strong persuasion skills. 

  • You can communicate in English at minimum B2 level. 

  • You are open to new technologies. 

  • You demonstrate assertiveness and high personal culture. 

  • You are responsible for your tasks and the results you deliver.
