Purpose of the role
You will be a trusted partner to our customers, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with them. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers can access the best products and services available.
What will you do?
Be the first point of contact for customers seeking advice on products or services.
Focus on customer retention by understanding their needs and how they utilize Malcom’s offerings.
Drive portfolio profitability by maximizing the usage and adoption of Malcom products.
Proactively reach out to customers to anticipate their needs and offer relevant Malcom products and services.
Foster customer retention through active engagement and regular discussions.
Listen to customer needs, collect their feedback, and collaborate with other departments to enhance product offerings.
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations to maximize mutual benefits.
Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Risk, Customer Service) to create special offers for top customers.

What do we expect from you?
Great communication skills and a knack for giving and receiving feedback.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in B2B.
A goal and process-oriented mindset.
A proactive, customer-first attitude – you love helping others succeed!
Openness to new technologies and innovative solutions.
A passion for sharing knowledge and finding the best solutions.
Strong organizational skills – you can juggle multiple customer accounts and tasks.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Czech or Slovak C2 level.
English at least B2 level.
