Job description

Purpose of the role:
Own comms agenda for all our markets – PL, CZ and SK,
Drive execution of agreed comms plan for both clients and partners,
Leverage Social Media to build company image and promote Malcom Finance sales,
Be expert on local comms nuances and be able to highlight them in Malcom Finance communication,
Ensure the consistency of brand tone of voice in company communication (CRM, sales, acquisition, PR, SoMe).
Responsibilities:
Work with Brand Manager and colleagues from other countries on developing comms plans and strategy for both clients and partners,
You will prepare copy and final communication materials - for acquisition campaigns, social media, website, blog and CRM campaigns,
You will lead the social media (Facebook and LinkedIn) content and will ensure that its reach is meeting the agreed KPIs,
Create content for Polish market with the PR agency
You will closely cooperate with the Sales team on Partnerships strategy and provide them with the sales materials (Presentations, 1pagers, leaflets, …) and support
You will provide support to colleagues from other departments (i.e. Product or HR),
You will work closely with Designers to ensure that overall comms is compelling and in line with company standards but also prepare graphics by your own via AI tools and in Canva,
You will be keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences and technology tools and toys.
Job requirements
Experience:
Min. Bachelor's degree
3 years of experience in the similar role
Agency or startup background would be a plus
Previous experience in finance or logistics would be welcome but not essential
Experience in using graphic AI tools would be a plus
Proven track of records with managing social media channels and PR.
Knowledge:
Excellent proven copywriting skills
Up to date with social media platforms and trends
Familiar with content management systems
English at minimum B2 level
Skills / Abilities:
Willingness to learn and try new things
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and team player
Good communications / interpretation skills
Independent in assigned duties
Business acumen to support our outbound activities
