As our company is growing we are looking for Junior Customer success manager

Purpose of the role? 

  • Support building and maintaining relationships with customers, 

  • Ensure best services and products are available to our customers, 

  • Focus on customers retention by learning their needs and utilisation of Malcom offering, 

  • Support the team in increasing product usage among customers. 

What will you do?

Job requirements

Experience: 

  • University degree, 

  • Initial experience in B2B sales or customer success area, 

  • Ideally background and experience in logistics industry.

Knowledge:  

  • English min on B2 level, 

  • Ability to work in CRM, along with monitoring own progress. 

Skills / Abilities: 

  • Good communication skills, including ability to provide and receive feedback, 

  • Openness to feedback and eagerness to develop new skills.
